Getting There....

Almost 10 weeks left!!!!

So last Friday my Good friend Meish, visited from the Chi and went to work on clearing out some of that clutter.  xoxo!! Now I get to sort through what ever is left. Did I mention We are are getting there! So, while I am sorting, I will also pull a board together and see if you all can help me out with a theme...

To Doula or not to Doula...

Doula comes from the Greek language and refers to a "woman who gives another woman support and assistance."

To Doula?...this is my first birth; I don't always know what questions to ask; I want a great first experience; I want total dedication and personal support.

Not to Doula?...no one in my family that I know of has utilized a doula and there are plenty of kids in the family; it is an investment.

So, clearly the pros outweigh the cons and it's still an investment.  My thoughts so far? Well, I like to think I am doing things organized, correct and with support. Starting motherhood with the support of my mom, sis, sister friends, and a Doula would be a tremendous and lasting experience.

Right now I am in conversation with Doula Jocelyn of http://www.birthgrowthlife.com/.  I'll keep you posted on  what I decide. Stay tuned.

Slacking!!

So it's July 4th, I am 27 weeks and the area where Chase will be resting is still filled with Clutter.  My registry is not complete and my baby shower is not yet created. aaahhhh!!

All seemingly good problems to have...
